Terms of Use

These terms apply to the game Guess the Word: Photo
Puzzle (com.kubilay.fourpictures, called Resimden
Kelime Tahmin Et in Turkish), made by Kubilay Yılmaz. By downloading or
playing the game you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store,
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Using the game
You may use the game for your own, non-commercial enjoyment on devices you
own or control. This is a personal, non-transferable licence that we may end
if these terms are broken.
2. Gold and purchases
- Gold and hints are virtual items for use in the game. They have no
monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to
anyone else.
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their
terms. Refunds are handled by the store, under its policies and the law.
- "Remove ads" removes banner ads and the ads between levels. Video ads
you choose to watch for gold remain available.
- "Remove ads" can be restored from the Shop on a new installation. Gold
is used up as you play and cannot be restored.
3. Your progress
Your progress and gold are stored only on your device. If you delete the
game or change your device, they cannot be recovered, because we do not have
a copy.
4. Ads
The game shows ads from third parties. Advertisers are responsible for
their ads and anything they offer.
5. The puzzles
The photos and words are for entertainment. We do our best to keep them
right, but they may contain mistakes; you can report one with the flag on the
game screen. Brands, products or characters that appear in photos belong to
their owners, and their appearance does not mean they endorse the game.
6. Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or
its content, except where the law allows it, and do not interfere with the
service, for example by overloading the content server.
7. Availability
New packs need an internet connection to download. We may update, change
or discontinue features and content.
8. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not
liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is
limited to the amount you paid in the game in the previous twelve months.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the
law.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you
live elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still
apply.

Bu koşullar Kubilay Yılmaz'ın geliştirdiği Resimden Kelime Tahmin
Et oyunu (com.kubilay.fourpictures, İngilizcede
Guess the Word: Photo Puzzle) için geçerlidir. Oyunu indirerek ya da
oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyunu App Store'dan aldıysanız
Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
1. Oyunun kullanımı
Oyunu sahibi olduğunuz ya da kullandığınız cihazlarda, kendi eğlenceniz
için ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanabilirsiniz. Bu, size özel ve
devredilemeyen bir lisanstır; bu koşullar çiğnenirse sona erdirebiliriz.
2. Altın ve satın almalar
- Altın ve ipuçları oyunda kullanılan sanal öğelerdir. Parasal değerleri
yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve başkasına aktarılamaz.
- Satın almalar Google Play ya da App Store üzerinden, onların
koşullarıyla yapılır. İadeleri, kendi politikaları ve yasa çerçevesinde
mağaza yürütür.
- "Reklamları kaldır" banner reklamları ve seviyeler arasındaki
reklamları kaldırır. Altın için izlemeyi seçtiğiniz video reklamlar
kullanılabilir kalır.
- "Reklamları kaldır" yeni bir kurulumda Mağaza'dan geri yüklenebilir.
Altın oynadıkça harcanır ve geri yüklenemez.
3. İlerlemeniz
İlerlemeniz ve altınınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Oyunu silerseniz
ya da cihaz değiştirirseniz, bizde kopyası olmadığı için geri
getirilemez.
4. Reklamlar
Oyun üçüncü tarafların reklamlarını gösterir. Reklamlardan ve sundukları
tekliflerden reklam verenler sorumludur.
5. Bulmacalar
Fotoğraflar ve kelimeler eğlence içindir. Doğru olmaları için elimizden
geleni yapıyoruz ama hata içerebilirler; bir hatayı oyun ekranındaki
bayrakla bildirebilirsiniz. Fotoğraflarda görünen markalar, ürünler ya da
karakterler sahiplerine aittir ve görünmeleri oyunu desteklediklerini
göstermez.
6. Adil oyun
Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında oyunu ya da içeriğini kopyalamayın,
değiştirmeyin, tersine mühendislik yapmayın ya da yeniden dağıtmayın; hizmeti,
örneğin içerik sunucusunu aşırı yükleyerek, aksatmayın.
7. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Yeni paketlerin inmesi için internet bağlantısı gerekir. Özellikleri ve
içeriği güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
8. Sorumluluk
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı
zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz son on iki ayda oyunda
ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşulların hiçbir hükmü yasal tüketici
haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse bu sayfayı ve en üstteki tarihi güncelleriz.
Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz
anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Başka bir ülkede
yaşıyorsanız o ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları da geçerlidir.
